Intense exchange with science and teaching
We transform our sound experience and the newest findings in didactics and continuative adult education in new methods. Therefore, we concentrate on practice-oriented transfer of skills and knowledge which is quickly realisable.
In our concepts we incorporate the latest scientific findings in didactics and methodology – by means of intense cooperation with universities, colleges and research institutes. This exchange as well as the continuous professional training program leads to the know-how of our trainer, consultants and coaches which is always state of the art.

IQP-GERMANY

Within the framework of personnel aptitude testing we cooperate with the Private Institute for Quality Assurance in personnel selection and development (Privat-Institut für Qualitätssicherung in Personalauswahl- und entwicklung; IQP), a Humboldt-University Berlin (HU Berlin) spin-off, as well as with Jens Nachtwei, Department of Social and Organisational Psychology within the HU Berlin´s Institute of Psychology. Moreover, we are business partner of the university project "Benchmark for Assessment Center Diagnostik (BACDi)" and have strictly aligned our innovative AC-approach towards the guidelines of this quality management tool.

Prof. Dr. Harald Geißler

We cooperate with Prof. Harald Geißler, Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg, to further delevop our coaching concepts and methods. For many years, Prof. Geißler has been engaged in virtual coaching which is comprised of a combination of coaching and eLearning.

TU Dresden

In cooperation with the TU Dresden we have developed a concept for an analysis of potentials for executives and middle management engaged in distribution companies of the automotive industry.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Lauer

Together with Prof. Lauer we have designed a standardised analysis of potentials for junior management in the automotive distribution industry based upon a multi-perspective approach by which the assessment are taken by the superior as well as trained external assessors; in additon, a self-assessment is made by the candidates itself.
